Shelflife:

Keep the product protected from heat and light in a dry and cool place. At temperatures below 20ºC, the oils lose their shine and appear less transparent. This fact is an intrinsic characteristic of oils. Some vegetable oils, at lower temperatures, can present different degrees of solidification, depending on the type of oil. Shelf life: 18 months.

Recomendations:

It is recommended that the frying temperature does not exceed 170ºC. The higher the temperature of the process, the faster the alteration of the oils, reducing their useful life (in frying oils the polar compounds should not reach 25%). After use, cold filter oil to remove solid residue and keep covered and protected from light.
